Need to reschedule or cancel a session on Beam? No problem! We’ve made it easy for you to request changes to your bookings.

Refund policy

We offer flexible options if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Here’s a quick overview:

1. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before the Session

Full Refund: Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and get a full refund, excluding fees.

2. Cancellation Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Session

50% Refund: Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session and receive a 50% refund, excluding fees.

3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session

No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be issued. We strongly advice you to reschedule on time.

4. Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session

Session Shortened: Reschedule less than 24 hours before the session, and the session will be shortened to 20 minutes.

All refunds will be processed without fees, as Beam needs to cover the transaction costs.
