At Beam, we strive to create a positive and professional environment for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and growth. To maintain a supportive and respectful community, we’ve established the following guidelines for all users, including content creators and participants in webinars and 1:1 sessions. By using Beam, you are required and agree to adhere to these principles. V

1. Respectful Communication

We expect all interactions on Beam, whether in webinars, 1:1 sessions, or public comments, to be conducted with respect and professionalism.

Be Courteous: Treat others with kindness and respect, even when opinions differ.

Avoid Harassment: Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

No Hate Speech: Beam has zero tolerance for discriminatory language or behavior based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.

2. Authenticity and Integrity

Be honest and authentic in your interactions on Beam. This applies to both the information you share and your behavior as a member of the community.

Accurate Information: When hosting webinars or 1:1 sessions, provide information that is accurate and reflective of your expertise.

No Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.

3. Professional Content

Beam is a platform for knowledge sharing, professional growth, and business insights. Content and interactions should align with these goals.

Relevant Content: Share content that is meaningful, informative, and relevant to your audience.

No Inappropriate Content: Avoid sharing explicit, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate content in webinars, 1:1 sessions, or profile pages.

4. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously and expect all community members to do the same.

No Sharing Private Information: Do not disclose personal, confidential, or proprietary information during sessions or webinars without consent.

Respect Boundaries: Be mindful of the privacy and comfort of others when sharing information or asking questions.

5. Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights by sharing only content that you have the right to use.

Original Content: Ensure that the content you create and share on Beam is your own, or that you have permission to use it.

No Copyright Infringement: Do not use content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Fair Use of Beam Services

Use Beam’s platform and tools fairly and responsibly.

No Spamming: Avoid excessive self-promotion, spamming, or disruptive behavior in webinars, comments, or messages.

Respect the Platform: Do not attempt to exploit or misuse Beam’s services, including technical manipulation or abuse of features.

7. Report Violations

Help us maintain a healthy and respectful community by reporting any violations of these guidelines.

How to Report: If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through Beam’s support system or contact our moderation team.

Consequences of Violating Guidelines

Failure to adhere to these community guidelines may result in consequences, including:

Warnings: In cases of minor infractions, you may receive a warning from our moderation team.

Temporary Suspension: For more serious or repeated violations, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Permanent Ban: In cases of severe violations, including harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the platform, your account may be permanently banned.
